Telegone is an independent application using the Telegram API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram. Read these terms with our privacy notice and the license accompanying the software you use.

What is available today

The website and fictional browser demo are free. The demo does not connect to Telegram. Desktop source is available through the repository. A public consumer installer and paid checkout are not available yet. The planned $24 one-time price does not create a charge or subscription.

A future paid offer will identify its seller, included features, price, delivery and cancellation or refund terms before payment. No purchase is completed by visiting this website.

Use an account you are authorized to manage

Use the app only with an account you are entitled to access and manage. Do not evade permissions, gain unauthorized access, harass others or violate a legal obligation. Decide whether records must be preserved, including under a legal hold or recordkeeping duty, before deleting.

Your Telegram account and API access remain subject to Telegram’s terms and the Telegram API terms. Keep credentials private. Support never needs your Telegram password, login code or session file.

Deletion requires your deliberate choice

Deletion can be irreversible. Review the account, chats, filters, fixed message set and audience before confirming. Whole private-chat cleanup can include received messages as well as your own; group and channel cleanup targets your own messages where permitted.

Telegram permissions and API behavior determine which requests can succeed. Later arrivals are outside the fixed plan. Screenshots, forwards, downloads and independently held backups may remain. Telegone does not promise to remove every copy everywhere.

A receipt records acknowledged requests, failures and uncertain outcomes. An acknowledgement is Telegram’s response, not independent forensic proof that no copy remains. An uncertain outcome is neither confirmed deletion nor confirmed preservation.

Backups and interruptions

An optional export preserves supported planned text and media in a folder you choose. Check the result: missing or unsupported content may leave an incomplete export. A backup cannot restore deleted history into Telegram. Protect and remove readable exports separately from the app.

Telegram may change its API, restrict access, impose waiting periods or reject requests. Networks and software can fail. Continuous availability, compatibility with every platform and a particular cleanup outcome are not guaranteed.

Rights and responsibilities

To the extent permitted by law, the free website and demo are provided as available without a guarantee that they meet every purpose or are free of errors. Software warranty and liability provisions are those in its accompanying license, subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights.

The source and dependencies remain governed by their respective licenses and notices. These website terms do not remove rights those licenses grant. Fictional demonstration images are illustrative. Telegram trademarks belong to their owners.

We may update the website and these terms. The date identifies this version. A website edit does not retroactively remove existing customer rights; changes to a future paid service will follow its purchase agreement and applicable law.
