How to manage local Telegone data and request information from Curiositech LLC.

Last updated: October 19, 2026.

Start with the data you mean

Manage Telegram messages using the app’s review controls or Telegram itself. We cannot sign into your account or run a cleanup for you. Use Clear cache and Disconnect account for the app’s local media and session. Review active devices in Telegram to revoke access.

Backups and receipts remain in the folder you chose. Remove them separately, including copies in your own file history or cloud backup. The encrypted cleanup journal is a local progress record, not a copy stored by Curiositech.

For information Curiositech receives through support or website delivery, contact us below. Our privacy notice explains purposes, categories and retention.

Email support@telegone.app for support or privacy requests. You can also write to the address above.

Use the subject “Telegone privacy request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise, the information or interaction concerned and how to reply. The date and email used in earlier correspondence can help us locate it.

Never send a login code, password, API hash, session file, photo collection or message export. If we reasonably need identity verification, we will request only necessary information and explain why. We will not ask you to sign into Telegram for us.

Rights depend on the circumstances

Where applicable law provides them, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. In qualifying cases you may request portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Conditions and exceptions apply, including legally required retention or information needed for legal claims. We will explain any limitation and available options. We do not use the app to make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Response times and complaints

Where GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay and within one month. If a permitted extension is necessary because of complexity or the number of requests, we explain it within that first month; the extension can be up to two further months. Other laws may provide different deadlines. Requests are normally free; any legally permitted fee or refusal will be explained.

You may complain to the authority competent for your circumstances, including the EU/EEA country where you habitually live, work or believe an infringement occurred, or the UK Information Commissioner where applicable. Contacting us first is not required. See the EDPB authority directory and ICO guidance.
